Mohan Sharma
A Story of Struggle. A Journey of Purpose. A Mission for Change.
From ₹1,500 Salary to Global Exposure
In the Gulf countries, he worked, learned, and grew. But more importantly, he observed. He understood how global systems create employment, and why many Indian youths struggle to access those opportunities.
Returning Home with a Purpose
He rebuilt his family home in Darjeeling More and started his own business from the same place where his struggles began.
At the same time, he strengthened his academic foundation:
– BBA (2014)
– PGD from Cambridge, Canada (2022)
– MBA in HRM from Amity University (2026)
Transforming Lives Through Employment
He went on to place thousands of youths from Darjeeling District and Northeast India in overseas jobs, becoming one of the fastest-growing recruiters for Gulf countries.
He expanded into Europe, becoming the first recruiter from the region to send candidates to Greece in the hospitality sector.
Fighting a Broken System
He became the first recruiter in North Bengal and Northeast India to place industrial workers in Israel, conducting multiple international hiring drives and providing opportunities at nearly 50% lower costs than the market.
At first, people doubted him. But when he delivered, he earned trust across regions.
Turning Point: From Business to Public Mission
Through years of experience, Mohan realized a deeper truth: Unemployment is not just an individual problem it is a failure of the system. He understood that real change cannot happen from outside the system alone. To:
– Stop exploitation in recruitment
– Create global employment pathways
– Support local businesses
– Help tea garden workers
– Empower women
– Provide legal and medical access
He needed to step into leadership.
A New Kind of Leadership
Today, Mohan Sharma stands not just as a recruiter—but as a candidate for change. A candidate who has:
– Created employment, not just promised it
– Built systems, not just spoken about them
– Faced failure, yet continued to deliver
He represents:
– Youth aspiration
– Ground reality
– Practical solutions
His Mission
To build a system where:
– No youth is forced to migrate blindly
– No worker is underpaid or unheard
– No family suffers due to lack of healthcare
– No woman is left without opportunity
– No citizen is denied justice due to money
His Commitment
“This is not about politics. This is about building systems that work for people.
I have lived the struggle.
I have created opportunities.
Now I am here to make that system accessible to everyone.”
A Voice for the People
A voice for youth.
A voice for workers.
A voice for the unheard.
Mohan Sharma is not entering politics to become a leader.
He is stepping forward to build leaders in every home.
